Terms & Conditions – Swoosh Cleaning Ltd

 

Swoosh Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.

 

By ordering Swoosh Cleaning Ltd services verbally or by email the customer agrees to be bound by Swoosh Cleaning Ltd terms and conditions.

 

Regular cleans

 

Minimum clean 2 hours

Swoosh Cleaning Ltd provides regular domestic cleaning at a rate of £26 for the minimum two hours and £12 per hour thereafter.

 

For the first four cleans payment is requested upon the day either by cash or cheque payable to Swoosh Cleaning Ltd. After that period we offer a fortnightly or monthly billing service to be paid by bacs on receipt of emailed invoice. Payment is requested by return, if payment has not been received within 30 days we reserve the right to cancel future cleans until payment has been made in full.

After a trial period of four cleans and you wish to continue with Swoosh Cleaning services the company will need a verbal or emailed confirmation, Swoosh Cleaning do not hold customers to a written contract but requests a months notice prior to cancellation of service.

 

One off cleans

 

Minimum clean 4 hours

Swoosh Cleaning Ltd provides one off cleans at a rate of £20 per hour, this higher rate is applied due to the nature of the cleans being more labour intensive.

You will be given an estimate on how long we think the clean will take, but if the clean takes longer you will be charged accordingly and the same applies if the clean takes less time than estimated.

 

Payment is required upon the day in full either by cash or cheque payable to Swoosh Cleaning Ltd

 

Holiday let cleans

 

Time and price for holiday let cleans will be agreed upon sight of property.

 

Complaints

 

If a customer is not completely satisfied with the cleaning services, Swoosh Cleaning will assess areas of dissatisfaction and rectify any substandard areas by re cleaning providing the customer has not attempted to rectify any areas themselves.

Complaints must be reported either by telephone or email and within a maximum of 24 hours.

Customer understands that they are not entitled to a refund. If the Customer is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided and a complaint has been placed in the stated 24 hours after the job has been completed, Swoosh Cleaning reserves the right to return a cleaner and re-clean any areas and items to the Customers satisfaction, therefore the Customer must allow the cleaner to be returned, Swoosh Cleaning reserves the right to return a cleaner not more than once.

 

Insurance

 

Swoosh Cleaning Ltd has a Public and Employer’s Liability insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by a cleaner working on behalf of Swoosh Cleaning Ltd reported within 24 hours of service date.

The customer is obliged to warn Swoosh Cleaning or the cleaner about appliances that are poorly fixed or not in full working order.

Swoosh Cleaning provide all cleaning products and equipment, all equipment that uses electric power has been PAT Tested to comply with current legislation. Should any customer request that the cleaner use their equipment then the customer understands that it is at their legal responsibility to ensure safety.

Swoosh Cleaning hold Customer keys and it is agreed that these keys can be passed to the cleaner when needed. Any loss of keys in the companies possession will be replaced at Swoosh Cleaning’s expense.

Swoosh Cleaning reserves the right to refuse to share any of the confidential company’s documents.

 

Cancellation

 

Swoosh Cleaning would appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations.

Customers agree to pay 50% of the cleaning charge as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away, no one home to let them in, no water or power available at the customers premises or any problems with Customer keys.

For cleans that fall on a bank holiday or within the cleaners annual holiday Swoosh Cleaning will do its utmost to provide cover on an alternative day on that week however if this is not possible Swoosh Cleaning reserves the right to cancel that weeks cleaning schedule.

 

After Cancellation of the Cleaning Service

 

By entering into a service agreement with Swoosh Cleaning Ltd the customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service they will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by the company. If the customer wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then they must pay a referral fee of £300.
